This week's episode is very special, featuring some of the brightest stars in the previous eight years of Afghan Star contests. But first is a group performance by our top 9 contestants of Season 9. Arash leads the nine's rendition of "Ay Zema Watana" and provides the acoustic guitar accompaniment.

Then it's time for a walk down memory lane, with a star-studded line-up of the most memorable performers in the bright history of Afghan Star. We all remember the talented Farukh Ahmadi of Season Four, who has gone on to a successful career following his TV debut. Khaled Khalvat of Afghan Star 3 got the crowd on its feet right away. The Afghan Star alum also weigh in on Season 9's contestants, with Khaled picking Dawood Pazhman as his top choice and Farukh opting for another crowd favorite, Arash Barez.
Arash is the first contestant from this season to perform this episode, and gets good scores from the judges for his efforts, although some points are deducted because of what the judges saw as his mispronunciation of some words according to the Kabul accent. After publicly disagreeing with the judges' scoring in a previous episode, Haroon Anwari's performance comes under heavy criticism by the judges and he is given low scores.

We're then treated to another round of performances from Afghan Star favorites, including Latifa Azizi from the eighth season. After Afghan Star 9 contestant Anahita Olfat's performance, we are treated to a touching and heartfelt video message from Elaha Soroor, dedicated to her fellow Afghan women.

The performances wrap up with audience favorite Dawood Pazhman, who gets good marks from the judges.Tune in next week to see who is eliminated!
